MY STORY
Hello, and welcome to Ashley Bellis Therapy. I commend you for beginning this journey and appreciate the courage that it takes to reach out.
My name is Ashley, and I am a registered psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. My qualifications include a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology and a certificate in Couple and Family Therapy. I provide compassionate, non-judgemental support to individuals, couples, and families in my private practice.
I believe that therapy should provide you with the opportunity to explore the meaning of your experience and to develop your own goals for growth. I therefore prioritize the creation of a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all of my clients. I am trained in a variety of different therapeutic approaches, which means that we can work together to create a plan that works for you!
I hope to be a part of your journey and offer free consultation appointments to answer any of your questions. I am conveniently located in the beautiful Guelph Wellness House. Finding the right therapist is an important part of the process and I would like to assist you in any way that I can.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
DO YOU OFFER COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATIONS?
Yes. I offer free, 20 minute counselling consultations by phone or video call.
WHAT DOES THERAPY COST?
The cost for each 1 hour session is $160, plus HST. The cost for couple or family sessions is $210 plus HST for 1.5 hours. Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis. Please contact me directly to discuss availability.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Payment is required at the end of each visit in the form of cash, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, cheque or e-transfer. Receipts for the session will be provided.
ARE YOUR SERVICES COVERED BY MY INSURANCE?
My services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefits plan. If the service is not covered, it may be claimed on your tax return. Ask your provider if they cover psychotherapy, provided by a psychotherapist.
